***UPDATE ON BOTTOM Quick review of the Skullcandy FMJ's. These things are insane, highly recommend them. Forgot to add that with the comply foam, they really stay in the ear so I think it's safe to assume that they'd be fine for a workout. Jerking my head around doesn't make them come out, which is a huge plus. ***Just got back from the gym using these with the rubber plugs (didn't wanna sweaty up the comply foam) and they stayed in throughout my run as well as workout. Definitely another plus about these
